Job Summary:
A Dutch speaking customer service representative is required to represent a European parking app, providing high-quality service to customers through various communication channels. The role involves assisting users with technical issues and addressing concerns related to transactions, account management, or app functionality.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for representing the company and delivering exceptional customer service to clients who have questions or experience problems with the app. This includes resolving technical issues, handling transaction-related queries, and providing guidance on app functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service to clients through various communication channels
- Assist users with technical issues and resolve their queries in a timely and professional manner
- Address concerns related to transactions, account management, or app functionality
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to improve services
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch and English languages
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
