Job Description

The Territory Account Executive - Portugal will play a key role in driving revenue and growth for our company. As an experienced sales professional, you will be responsible for leading and driving sales engagements with our customers in Portugal. Your goal will be to craft and implement strategic territory plans targeting deployments of the Palo Alto Networks Next Generation Security Platform.

Your Impact

  • You will drive and orchestrate complex sales cycles, working closely with our internal partners and teams to best serve our customers.
  • You will bring your experience and consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors.
  • You will focus on creating and implementing strategic account plans focused on attaining enterprise-wide deployments.
  • You will understand the strategic competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position Palo Alto Networks.
  • You will engage a programmatic approach to demand generation, development, and expansion in your territory.
  • You will leverage prospect stories to create a compelling value proposition with insights into value for each specific account.

Qualifications

  • You have experience and knowledge of SaaS-based architectures, ideally in a networking and/or security context; awareness of SASE technology is preferred.
  • You have experience cultivating mutually beneficial relationships with our channel partners to bring a channel-centric go-to-market approach for our customers.
  • You can lead all aspects of the sales cycle with the ability to uncover, qualify, develop, and close new, white-space territories and accounts.
  • You have a successful track record selling complex solutions.
  • You possess excellent time management skills and work with high levels of autonomy and self-direction.
  • You are highly competitive, able to ramp quickly, extremely adaptive, and pride yourself on exceeding production goals.
  • You have an active security clearance.
