Customer Support Specialist for Spanish-Speaking Professionals

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist fluent in Spanish to join our Cross Border Talents team in Lisbon. As the first point of contact for customers, you will deliver exceptional support and resolve inquiries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve issues related to products and services with professionalism and efficiency.
- Offer clear, accurate information about company products, services, and policies.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience.
- Native Spanish speaker with strong English skills (B2 level or higher).
- Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is advantageous.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenges quickly and effectively.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and technology tools.
- Full-time employment contract with competitive compensation (estimated salary: €35,000 - €50,000 per year).
