Tn Portugal, a leading multinational company, is seeking a highly skilled administrative professional to join our Global Administration team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional administrative support to our colleagues and partners.

Job Description

You will work closely with consultants, function leaders, external vendors, and other colleagues across the globe on tasks with international reach. Your role will involve providing long-term support for executive-level colleagues, learning their preferences, and developing close working relationships. Additionally, you will support client service teams during client engagements, coordinating their working style and managing multiple schedules.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A bachelor's or master's degree currently being completed
  • Effective communication skills in English and German (C1 level – CEFR or equivalent)
  • Strong email and calendaring skills; solid knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office applications; Outlook proficiency preferred
  • Excellent administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
