About the Role

We are seeking a Luxury Hotel Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences for our guests.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Booking management, including alterations, cancellations, and new reservations
  • Providing timely and effective support to clients via email and chat inquiries, focusing on after-sales processes and resolving potential requests
  • Managing reservations back-office functions, such as ticket issuing, modification, and cancellation
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A native level of German and a professional level of English (C1-C2)
  • Prior experience with GDS tools is highly desirable
  • Passion for the travel and tourism industry
  • Knowledge of the value of good customer experience and its impact on business success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work proactively at a fast pace and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Enthusiasm for intercultural communication and international collaboration
  • Willingness to relocate to Lisbon for an exciting international career opportunity
  • A valid work permit for Portugal is required
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive package, including:

  • Type of Contract: Fixed-term contract for 6 months
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts from 7 am to 6 pm (8 hours/day)
  • Training: Fully paid training, professional development, and career evolution opportunities
  • Salary: €14,600 gross per annum (approximately €1,217 net per month), plus up to €3,600 performance bonus per year, meal vouchers, reimbursement of transportation costs, private health insurance, and dental plan after six months
  • Relocation Package for International Candidates: Reimbursement of initial flight ticket (up to €400) and accommodation in a shared flat (rental fee of €280/month) for up to one year
