Our ideal candidate is a sales professional with experience in lead generation and customer engagement. As a Sales Development Representative at Syndicode, you will drive business growth by identifying potential leads, initiating contact, and presenting tailored solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the sales department, marketing team, project managers, engineers, and delivery teams;
  • Identify potential leads through various channels and initiate contact via phone calls, emails, or LinkedIn;
  • Evaluate prospects' needs and fit by asking qualifying questions and assessing their potential as customers;
  • Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the sales team for further discussion and product/service demonstration;
  • Follow up with unqualified leads, providing them with valuable information and maintaining regular communication until they are ready to proceed;
  • Keep accurate records of all interactions with prospects, update CRM systems, and track lead progress through the sales pipeline;
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams regarding lead quality, messaging effectiveness, and areas for improvement in the lead generation and qualification process.
