About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering incoming queries from customers and providing timely and effective solutions
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Recording customer interactions and data in our CRM system
  • Providing ad-hoc support to customers and colleagues as needed
Requirements
  • Native Dutch speaker with a business proficiency level of English
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
  • Motivation and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
