Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming queries from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify issues and provide solutions to customers
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication
  • Record data in our CRM system
  • Provide ad-hoc support to customers
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals

Requirements
  • You are a native Dutch speaker with a business proficiency level of English
  • You are looking for a job opportunity abroad

  • You are a team player willing to work with many other nationalities
