Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative for our client's international hub in Lisbon, you will play a key role in building a pipeline through cold calling, social media, and email outreach to senior finance leaders. Your responsibilities will include qualifying potential deals before passing them on to the Account Executives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on the challenge of identifying the right contacts, is driven by targets, and isn't afraid to pick up the phone.
Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English
- Previous sales experience in a B2B setting
- Motivated and ambitious individual eager to advance rapidly in a sales career
- Proactive and able to take initiative to achieve results
- Comfortable with cold calling and stepping out of your comfort zone
What We Offer
- Excellent competitive basic salary of EUR 36,000-40,000 basic gross p/a (depending on experience) plus uncapped commission (€45-60K OTE)
