German Speaking Sales Development Representative for Talingual

Role Description:
Talingual is seeking a highly motivated and target-driven German speaking Sales Development Representative to join our commercial team in Lisbon. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for building a pipeline through cold calling, social media, and email outreach to senior finance leaders. Your primary responsibilities will include qualifying potential deals and passing them on to our Account Executives. This role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in German and English, have previous sales experience in a B2B setting, and thrive on meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify potential deals through cold calling, social media, and email outreach
- Pass qualified leads on to our Account Executives
- Build a pipeline of senior finance leaders through targeted outreach
- Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and English
- Previous sales experience in a B2B setting
- Motivated and ambitious individual who thrives on meeting sales targets
- Comfortable with cold calling and stepping out of your comfort zone
What We Offer:
- An excellent competitive basic salary of EUR 36,000-40,000 basic gross p/a (depending on experience) plus uncapped commission (€45-60K OTE)
