Italian Speaking Sales Role

We are seeking a B2B Sales Specialist proficient in Italian to join our team at Recruitment Direct. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls and emails from potential business clients.

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Research and Outreach: Conduct detailed research to support targeted outreach for high-value prospects in partnership with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs).
  2. Lead Qualification and Management: Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and manage their progress through the sales funnel.
  3. Customer Engagement: Demonstrate empathy and a customer-first approach when addressing inquiries and assisting clients with our platform.
  4. Collaboration and Feedback: Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure alignment on customer targeting and messaging.
  5. Sales Execution: Execute strategic sales initiatives and manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing.
  6. Training and Compliance: Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.
