Blu Selection is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Customer Specialist to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a Technical Customer Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming customer queries promptly and efficiently
- Identifying and resolving technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Recording customer data accurately in our CRM system
- Providing ad-hoc support as required
- Collaborating with our team to achieve our goals and objectives
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of 1300€ gross per month, plus performance-related bonus up to €250 monthly
- A full-time job, 40 hours a week, working from home
- A complete relocation package for non-local applicants, including flight ticket to Athens, hotel accommodation for 4 weeks with breakfast, and assistance in finding a flat
