Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, chat, or social media platforms. You will provide assistance with features, functionality, and account setup, as well as help customers resolve app-related technical issues.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Provide assistance through phone, email, chat, or social media platforms
  • Technical Issue Resolution: Help customers resolve app-related technical issues
  • Account Setup Assistance: Assist customers with features, functionality, and account setup

Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (C1) and high level of Catalan (oral and written - C2)
  • Analytical and Troubleshooting Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve customer queries effectively
  • Knowledge of Mobile Apps and Digital Payments: Familiarity with mobile apps, digital payments, and online platforms
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, support roles, or call centers is often preferred
