Nikon Customer Support Specialist Role

Lisbon, Portugal is home to our multinational customer support team serving German-speaking customers.

About Nikon Corporation

  • Providing exceptional customer experiences via phone and email by addressing product and service inquiries.
  • Delivering solutions to customer demands by identifying and troubleshooting with available resources.
  • Establishing strong relationships with customers through courteous, friendly, and professional communication.
  • Meeting and exceeding service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets.
Key Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A native or proficient level of German (C2) language proficiency.
  • An advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbally and written.
  • Superior communication skills – excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and writing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
