About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage our IT talent acquisition process.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Identify, source, and engage with top candidates for various IT and game development roles, including developers, artists, designers, and other related positions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Sourcing Strategies: Utilize job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and other creative sourcing methods to find and attract the best talent.
- Pipeline Building: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and project timelines.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience in IT or game development roles.
- Familiarity with the gaming industry and knowledge of typical roles in game development (e.g., 2D/3D Artists, Game Developers, Designers, QA Testers, etc.).
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including social media, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with candidates and convey our company culture effectively.
- Excellent organizational abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously.
