    • Offer consultative services using data and tools like MS Excel and Salesforce to help clients achieve their objectives.

    • Share valuable insights to enhance our advertising products and user experience.
  • Collaboration and Growth:
    • Work closely with an experienced team of sales professionals, expanding your skills and network in a dynamic environment.

**Working Conditions:

  • Hours:
    • Full-time role with 40 weekly hours (8 hours per day plus an additional lunch break).
    • Work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on rotational shifts.
  • Holidays:
    • 22 holiday days per year, as per Portuguese labor law.
    • Monthly bonuses equal to base salary for holidays and Christmas.
  • Company-provided accommodation available for the first 14 months of employment. This includes fully equipped, furnished apartments with utilities (electricity, water, gas, and internet).
  • Accommodation is provided only for employees living over 100 km from the workplace and is exclusive to employees (no pets allowed).
  • Compensation Package:
    • With apartment: Monthly gross salary of 1,240.67 including:
      • Base salary: 760.00
      • Holiday allowance: 63.33
      • Christmas allowance: 63.33
      • Meal allowance (7.00/day): 154.00
      • Apartment benefit-in-kind valued at 200.00
    • Without apartment: Monthly gross salary of 1,227.33.
  • Additional Benefits:
    • Health insurance starting from day one of employment.
    • Meal allowance paid through a tax-exempt debit card usable at restaurants and supermarkets.
  • Training Period:
    • A 12-day training program covers job-specific software, product training, and customer management techniques. Sessions last 8 hours daily, starting between 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM.
    • Successful completion leads to signing a work contract, with proportional compensation for the training period (excluding social security tax).

**Contract and Employment Details:**

  • Contract Duration:
    • Initial 12-month employment contract, renewable for another 12 months.
    • Conversion to a permanent contract after 2 years of employment.
  • Trial Period:
    • A one-month probationary period evaluating attendance, punctuality, and performance.
