The Procurement Administrator will be responsible for managing various supplier information and pricing data in SAP and other Airbus Procurement tools. This role will also involve managing the electronic archiving of contractual documents in the Airbus tools.
The ideal candidate will have up to 5 years of work experience and will be fluent in English, both written and verbal. French and/or German would be a plus. The jobholder will demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills and will be easily adaptable to the Airbus Procurement tools.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage supplier information and pricing data in SAP and other Airbus Procurement tools.
- Manage electronic archiving of contractual documents in the Airbus tools.
- Launch and follow-up actions on recurrent supplier inputs as needed.
- Process ad-hoc requests for urgent customer requirements and events.
- Audit and track Data Management Group Requests.
- Ensure regular two-way communication with strategic buyers & data management group at Airbus Helicopters Inc.
- Contribute to innovation and digitalization in the procurement process.
- Resolve discrepancies and communicate problems with data.
Requirements:
- Up to 5 years of work experience.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal. French and/or German would be a plus.
- Easily adaptable to the Airbus Procurement tools.
- Strong ability to convince and influence, communicate effectively.
- Team player and comfortable with remote working.
- Always act with integrity and equity in the supplier selection process.
