Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for increasing the portfolio of clients for our global brands.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
  • Qualifying new potential clients and leads
  • Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
  • Upselling and cross-selling
  • Building and enriching our database
  • Creating business opportunities and increasing revenue from accounts
  • Ensuring close communication with the team to share information

We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong motivation to succeed in this role.

Requirements:

  • Native German speaker with a good level of English
  • Previous experience in sales
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Motivated and committed to work
  • Team player with a willingness to work with many other nationalities
