About this role:
As a Sales Associate at Blu Selection, you will be responsible for increasing the portfolio of clients for our worldwide brands. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in sales and customer service, and to work as part of a dynamic team in Lisbon.

Your responsibilities:
• Respond to customer enquiries, orders, and other related activities.
• Call and qualify new potential clients and leads.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Up-sell and cross-sell products or services.
• Build and enrich our database of customers.
• Create business opportunities and increase revenue from accounts.
• Ensure close communication with the team to share information.

What we are looking for:
• Native German speaker with a good level of English.
• Previous experience in sales.
• Excellent communication (spoken and written) and listening skills.
• Motivated and committed to work.
• Team player willing to work with many other nationalities.

What we offer:
• A one-year fixed-term contract, renewable every year.
• 40h/week (8h/day, 5 days a week) on a rotative schedule.
• Salary conditions: 950€ gross/month including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included), or ******* € gross/month excluding accommodation.
• Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months.
• Airport pick up.
• Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU).
• Help in paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon your arrival.
• Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities and social events organized by the company.
