Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales Associate to join our Sales Team at Lovelystay. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for property sales and a strong ability to connect with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) from diverse backgrounds.


About the Job

The Sales Associate will handle the entire sales process, from initial product pitch to deal closing, coordinating all involved parties including lawyers, brokers, banks, fund managers, and investors. Key responsibilities include:

  • End-to-End Sales Management: Handle the entire sales process from initial product pitch to deal closing.
  • Client Presentations: Conduct concept presentations in marketing lounge or via video calls, followed by property/project tours to explain Ando Living concept, project specifics, and operation agreements.
  • Follow-ups and Communication: Follow up with leads and address their queries by liaising with legal, construction, and operations teams to facilitate deal closures.
  • Clinet Relationship Management: Maintain and manage contact information in HubSpot, working closely with the CRM manager to engage different lead types effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide weekly reports on new leads, conversion rates, lost deals, and performance of agents and markets.
  • Participation in Events: Participate in fairs and international events with the sales and marketing teams to promote company projects.
  • Warm Calls: Reach out to potential clients to provide preliminary information on Golden Visa opportunities, investment types, and benefits of investing in Portugal, gauging interest and ability.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Management, Sales, or related field, 2-3 years' experience in a sales role, preferably within real estate, excellent communication skills, ability to deal with multiple stakeholders, especially HNWI, and attention to detail and management of CRM systems.
