We're looking for a Digital Sales Representative to join our team. The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Job Description

We're seeking a motivated self-starter who can handle a high-velocity sales approach while providing an excellent customer experience. Our Digital Inside Sales Specialists are at the forefront of our customer experience for both new and existing customers of Zendesk. In this role, you will become a product expert and articulate the value of Zendesk to an informed buyer.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to a large number of inbound leads and existing customers through various channels, primarily through chat and email.
  • Actively resolving prospect and customer inquiries to drive online business conversion rates.
  • Becoming an expert on Zendesk products.
  • Being the voice of our customers; understanding their needs and making them champions.
  • Conducting discovery calls, providing demos, and helping customers see the value in purchasing Zendesk.
  • Meeting or exceeding SLAs and KPIs established for the role, including but not limited to: ticket volumes, response and resolution times, and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in the full sales cycle; software/SaaS experience preferred.
  • A real passion for Zendesk technology and the ability to quickly learn tools and processes.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to multitask a high volume of opportunities at all times.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, think strategically, and excel at tactical execution against a task.
