Senior Business Development Specialist for Cradlepoint Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team at TD SYNNEX Europe Services and Operations S.L.U. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with Cradlepoint, a leading vendor in the IT industry.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will act as internal support to the vendor business lead, driving profitable market share growth through business planning execution, pipeline management, and deep sales floor and customer enablement and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with the Business Unit, aligning with the strategy from the vendor and developing business with other countries.
- Support the development of strategies and ideas to drive business growth.
- Own the building of an accurate and detailed pipeline of deals within the Company's CRM system.
- Provide weekly reporting to the vendor on sell-out activity, tracking performance of promotional activities, and the deal pipeline.
- Support the execution of business plans as required by the business development manager.
- Support the execution of marketing plans as required by the Marketing Manager.
- Identify training opportunities within customers and internal sales teams and address accordingly.
- The point of escalation for customer care issues from the sales floor.
- Communicate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions to customers and the internal sales teams.
- Run call-out days on the sales floor and/or the Business Unit sales teams.
- Engage directly with customers depending on role requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience in the IT industry with channel and/or vendor experience at a business development level.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, and good emotional intelligence.
- A clear understanding and strong orientation towards services and solution selling with strategic planning and business case development skills and experience.
- The ability to create and conduct formal presentations and interact effectively with all levels of management, negotiate skillfully, and promote/sell ideas persuasively.
- Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.
- Excellent Excel and Power Point skills.
- Experience with the IT Industry (Security vendors will be a plus).
- A high level of English (Required) Other EU Languages (a plus).
- An estimated salary of €50,000 - €60,000 per year, dependent on experience.
