We partner with businesses to provide charging solutions for their customers. With over 1,200 partners across Europe, we strive to make EV charging simpler, more accessible, and integrated with diverse retail experiences.

**The Role**

We seek an experienced customer support specialist to join our team. As a top performer, you will resolve high-volume customer contacts through various support modalities, investigate case details, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

You will triage and escalate urgent issues, complete thorough documentation, and provide feedback to management teams regarding processes and trends.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you must be proactive, independent, and entrepreneurial. You should have strong problem-solving skills, fluency in English and Polish, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

You should also have empathy for the user experience, effective communication skills, and an interest in electric mobility.
