Teleperformance Portugal is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join its team. As a valued member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to clients worldwide.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a native German speaker with excellent communication skills and fluency in English (B1 level minimum). You will work closely with a global operating company, assisting customers with their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer calls regarding company services
  • Processing pick-up orders
  • Providing shipping information and quotations
  • Tracking packages and requesting proof of delivery

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Native German language proficiency
  • Fluency in English (B1 level minimum)
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Aptitude for problem-solving
  • Dynamism and teamwork spirit
  • High School diploma or equivalent qualification
