Our platform offers a seamless booking experience and a wide range of road trip possibilities, from short-term rentals to long-term subscriptions and campervan sales.
The RoleWe're seeking a proactive and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our growing team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll engage with prospective and existing customers to help them realize their dream road trips. Your primary responsibility will be to contact customers who have shown interest in booking a campervan but haven't completed the process, or customers looking to enhance their existing bookings with add-ons, extras, or insurance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Follow-Up: Contact customers identified through commercial leads who have not completed their campervan booking online.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Engage with customers who have existing bookings but have searched for extras, such as insurance, additional kilometres, or other services, to encourage them to finalise the purchase.
- Customer Retention: Reach out to customers who travelled with us 9 months ago to promote new trips and special offers for the upcoming year.
- Virtual Consultations: Conduct virtual consultations with prospects and customers to present tailored options that meet their travel needs.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong connections with customers to build trust, ensure satisfaction, and foster loyalty for repeat business.
As a Telesales Agent, you'll be working closely with our sales team to maintain detailed records of customer interactions, track sales activities, and provide regular updates to the team. RequirementsProven experience in sales, preferably in travel, hospitality, or customer service industries. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present options and build rapport with customers. Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment. Proficiency with CRM systems and online communication tools. Strong focus on understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that enhance their experience. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple leads simultaneously, track progress, and meet deadlines. Fluency in English is mandatory.
