About the Role:

Your responsibilities and impact as a Telesales Agent will be to provide world-class service to customers, answer inbound calls, and sell products over the phone. You will be a team player, participating in the success of the team and project.

Requirements:

You need to have a native level of German and at least a B2 level of English. Experience in sales or a sales attitude is required. You must be motivated, reliable, and committed to your work. Having a drive for excellence and professionalism is essential. Excellent communication skills are a must.

Working hours: 40h/week (8h/day) from Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts from 7 AM to 8 PM

Salary conditions: 1.200€ gross/month (including free accommodation) or 1.600€ gross/month (excluding accommodation) + private health insurance
Relocation support for international candidates: reimbursement of initial flight expenses, airport pick up, and yearly two-way flight ticket
