**About the Job:**

We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our global customer support team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients' customers.

**Responsibilities:**

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
  • Offering additional support as needed
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team and project objectives

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • A willingness to learn and grow with our company
  • A valid Portuguese work permit

**What We Offer:**

We offer a competitive salary package, including two options:

  • Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €950-€1030 gross/month
  • Excluding accommodation: €1300-€1400 gross/month

Additionally, you will receive:

  • A comprehensive benefits package, including private health insurance after six months, free language lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events
  • 22 days of paid holidays and Portuguese public holidays
