Our nearshore IT center in Portugal has a dedicated team of around 30 specialized professionals working on projects with internationally renowned clients.
The service to be provided focuses on supporting Identity and Access Management platforms through Digital People Solutions and other application platforms.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide support for the company's IT services (Identity Management application) and other Digital People Solutions platforms.
- Manage incidents and provider controlling.
- Resolve incidents within supported applications (incidents, queries, and service requests).
- Act as a single point of contact, enabling end-to-end customer experience, providing 2nd and 3rd line support for access services within DPS.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Data handling using access management interfaces and batch file operations.
- Data analysis and reporting.
- Documenting relevant application support information, e.g., creation of use cases, identifying improvements, and old documentation.
