Job Title: Commercial Manager - Doubletree by Hilton Lagoa Azores


Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Commercial Manager to join our team at Doubletree by Hilton Lagoa. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.


Key Responsibilities:




  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, including room sales, food and beverage sales, and other ancillary revenue streams.
  • Profitability: Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.
  • Guest Experience: Work closely with the hotel team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the hotel and drive bookings.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Financial Planning: Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts, and monitor financial performance to ensure accuracy.


Requirements:




  • Experience: Proven experience in a commercial or revenue management role in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, guests, and external partners.
