Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Coordinator to join our team at AUTO1 Group.

About the Role

This is a key support role that will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, handling HR documentation, and updating internal databases.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates and managers.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of previous experience in an HR administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
