Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative to join our HR team in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, handling HR documentation, and updating internal databases.
- Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates and managers.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team and other departments as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of previous experience in an HR administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
