We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Dellent Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying clients' problems and needs, and collaborating with our Executive Board members, Customer Success, Marketing & Sales, and Product Development teams to find solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Executive Board members, Customer Success, Marketing & Sales, and Product Development teams to identify clients' problems and needs.
- Develop and execute plans to increase value delivered to clients' Operational teams.
- Prepare, deliver, negotiate, and close technical and economic proposals for clients.
- Identify new and manage existing technology and sales partnerships.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management and/or B2B Sales to large accounts.
- Experience in the Energy sector.
- Competence and experience in Project Management.
- Training in Management, Marketing, and Sales.
- MSc or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, written and spoken.
