Customer Success Ambassador

We are a fast-growing software provider helping restaurants save time and increase revenues by automating manual tasks, minimizing last-minute cancellations, upselling customers more effectively, and providing personalized service.
Our team has extensive experience building internet companies and has been part of creating some of the largest e-commerce ventures in the Asia Pacific Region. Founded by the former Managing Director of Foodpanda Singapore, the largest food delivery service in Singapore, and with shared experience ranging from McKinsey, Deloitte to Rocket Internet and a member of the founding-team of Nova Founders Capital.
We're looking for a customer advocate who understands product onboarding with customers, loves our products, and enjoys problem-solving. This is not a formal corporate role; we're on first-name basis. We seek someone with a 'hustle' attitude, results-driven, comfortable with ambiguity, self-starting, and having a sense of humor.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Customer Success or similar roles, excellent social skills, and enthusiasm for interacting with customers. Additionally, they should have an entrepreneurial mindset, interest in project management or entrepreneurship, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $50,000 - $70,000, depending on location and experience.
