Role Summary:

The Acquisition Analyst will be responsible for driving the growth of the Indie Campers marketplace by acquiring new listings and managing host relationships in the Central Europe region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement acquisition strategies to drive marketplace growth.
  • Manage relationships with hosts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Implement strategies to reduce churn rate and retain hosts on the platform.
  • Monitor and analyze acquisition and account management performance data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Provide exceptional support to hosts, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Up to 3 years of experience in account management, business development, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of acquisition and account management strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Language Skills:

Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
