Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Agent to join our team at Blu Selection. As a Technical Support Agent, you will play a vital role in addressing escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and issues associated with products and services for a well-known entertainment brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate complex cases, analyze data, and identify root causes for appropriate solutions.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat to understand concerns and deliver timely resolutions.
- Make informed decisions based on company policies, product knowledge, and customer needs.
Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in German and a minimum C1 level of English.
- A valid Portuguese work permit (required).
- Motivation and commitment to perform assigned tasks effectively.
- Excitement about intercultural communication and embracing the expatriate lifestyle.
What We Offer
- Unfixed term contract, with a 30-day probation period.
- Full-time working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00.
- Salary conditions: 850€ gross per month, along with a 50€ tech bonus, a 200€ language bonus, and a 120€ performance bonus.
- Health insurance coverage after six months.
