Technical Support Specialist for Digital Entertainment

**Job Summary**
Blu Selection is looking for a skilled Technical Support Agent to join our team. As a Technical Support Agent, you will be responsible for addressing escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues related to our products and services.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Investigate complex cases, analyze data, and identify root causes for appropriate solutions.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat to understand their concerns and deliver timely resolutions.
- Make informed decisions based on company policies, product knowledge, and customer needs.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Native-level proficiency in German and a minimum C1 level of English.
- A valid Portuguese work permit.
- Motivation and commitment to perform assigned tasks effectively.
- Excitement about intercultural communication and embracing the expatriate lifestyle.
**What We Offer**
As a Technical Support Agent at Blu Selection, you can expect:
- A 30-day probation period followed by an unfixed term contract.
- Full-time working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00.
- Salary conditions: 850€ gross per month, along with a 50€ tech bonus, a 200€ language bonus, and a 120€ performance bonus.
- A loyalty bonus of 300€ provided every three months.
- Health insurance coverage after six months.
