Your Future RoleWe're seeking a skilled Technical Support Agent to join our team in Lisbon. As a customer-facing representative, you'll be responsible for addressing escalated inquiries, complaints, and technical issues related to products and services for a renowned entertainment brand.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate complex cases, analyze data, and identify root causes for timely resolutions
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat to understand concerns and deliver results
- Make informed decisions based on company policies, product knowledge, and customer needs
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Native-level proficiency in German and a minimum C1 level of English
- A valid Portuguese work permit (required)
- Motivation and commitment to perform assigned tasks effectively
- Excitement about intercultural communication and embracing an expatriate lifestyle
As a valued member of our team, you can expect:
- Unfixed term contract with a 30-day probation period
- Full-time working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00
- Salary conditions: €850 gross per month, plus a €50 tech bonus, €200 language bonus, and €120 performance bonus
- A loyalty bonus of €300 every three months
- Health insurance coverage after six months

Please note that your estimated annual salary will be around €42,000, depending on your qualifications and experience.
