Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Blu Selection. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in addressing escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and issues associated with products and services for a well-known entertainment brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate complex cases, analyze data, and identify root causes for appropriate solutions.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat to understand concerns and deliver timely resolutions.
  • Make informed decisions based on company policies, product knowledge, and customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Native-level proficiency in German and a minimum C1 level of English.
  • A valid Portuguese work permit (required).
  • Living in or willingness to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience.
  • Motivation and commitment to perform assigned tasks effectively.
  • Excitement about intercultural communication and embracing the expatriate lifestyle.

What We Offer:

  • Unfixed term contract, with a 30-day probation period.
  • Full-time working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00.
  • Salary conditions: 850€ gross per month, along with a 50€ tech bonus, a 200€ language bonus, and a 120€ performance bonus.
  • Additionally, a loyalty bonus of 300€ will be provided every three months.
  • Health insurance coverage after six months.
