Customer Support Specialist (Norwegian Speaking)

Our client is a leading global technology company that provides innovative software solutions to bridge distances and digitalize processes. With a diverse team of over 1,400 employees from 80 nationalities, they are a global family that values diversity and innovation. We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with excellent communication skills and fluency in Norwegian and English to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Support customers with technical and accounting issues over the phone, ticket, and chat
  • Show software solutions to customers via online demonstrations
  • Identify customer needs and forward requests to the sales department
  • Work closely with the Customer Support team to deliver a best-in-class experience
Requirements:
  • University degree in economics or relevant vocational education
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, with other languages a plus
  • Windows/Mac user knowledge desirable
  • At least some experience working with customers or in sales
  • Determination, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn
