The salary for this role is around €28,000 per year, plus a performance bonus and opportunities for career growth.

Job Description

As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations and fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and handle cases and errands from main channels such as phone, chat, and mail.
  • Handle questions from B2C customers.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A high level of German (written and oral) and a good level of English.
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service.
  • A taste for new technologies.
