Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Ambassador to ensure performance goals are met across all operations. You will be responsible for fulfilling client expectations related to operational excellence, including high targets regarding quality, efficiency, and customer journey improvement.

What You Will Do
  • Respond to inbound customer requests, documenting relevant case information
  • Assure excellent customer satisfaction by assisting users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via multiple channels
  • Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets
Your Qualifications
  • Have a high level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
  • Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users
  • Demonstrate patience when communicating and solving issues
  • Keep up with the latest IT and tech-related trends
  • Be proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player
