Customer Support Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Flemish Customer Support Specialist in Lisbon.

This role involves providing exceptional support to customers across various channels, including phone, chat, email, and social media. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding support through phone, chat, email, and social media
  • Resolve issues related to account setup, verification, logins, financial matters, and technical support
  • Act as a trusted advisor, particularly for clients in the sports industry
  • Respond quickly to customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns
  • Build strong, lasting client relationships through clear and effective communication
  • Maintain service excellence while following company policies
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance the customer experience

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Flemish (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
  • 0-1 year experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
