Job Description

This role will provide support to the Talent Hub team in identifying and recruiting top talent for various positions within the company. As a Recruitment Specialist Trainee, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening prospective candidates, managing pre-selection, and organizing candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities
  1. Sources, screens, and engages prospective talents on social networks and through other channels.
  2. Supports sourcing strategy for positions and measures the efficiency of sourcing tools for each talent group.
  3. Manages pre-selection to provide the best-engaged candidates to recruiters for further interviews.
  4. Might assist or support recruiters for selection interviews.
  5. Organizes and manages pools of potential candidates from various sources (ATS, social networks, job boards, campus management, job fairs, referrals...)
Requirements
  • Masters' Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Listening skills and customer focus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • English fluent.
