Job Overview
We seek an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts and forge strategic partnerships. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong business acumen, in-depth knowledge of the education and corporate training landscape, and a proven track record in business development.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to establish corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and strategic alliances.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with industry leaders, companies, and organizations that align with our mission.
- Build a sustainable B2B and B2C growth model.
- Work closely with the leadership team to refine business development strategies and explore new opportunities in global markets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas to inform strategic decision-making.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in business development, partnerships, or sales.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Able to develop data-driven business strategies and execute them effectively.
