About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Expansion Specialist to join our team in Portugal. As a key member of our Sales Team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services to existing and prospective customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of driving business growth through effective sales strategies and tactics. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales plans to achieve agreed-upon targets and outcomes within set timelines.
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers to increase loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborating with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in a business development or account management role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Be proactive, organized, result-driven, a team player, hungry to grow and learn, and resilient.
