As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience. About the RoleYou will engage with customers through various channels (email, phone, social media) to resolve complex issues and manage disputes. Your goal is to provide timely and correct solutions that delight our customers. You'll work closely with Sales, Experts, and other departments to improve the overall customer experience. By doing so, you'll contribute to our growth and help us build a loyal customer base.
This role requires strong analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, and the ability to quickly switch between different customer channels. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus. We're looking for someone who is patient, empathetic, and able to find fitting solutions to problems.
