Salary

The estimated annual gross base salary for this role is between €18,000 and €23,000, depending on level, competencies, and overall experiences.

Job Description

As a Customer Experience Specialist at Catawiki, you will engage and delight our diverse customer base by solving complex challenges and managing disputes. Your main goal is to ensure that customer queries are addressed and resolved in a timely manner via various channels.

You will also mediate between customers in case of a dispute, finding solutions that work for both parties. This role plays a crucial part in Catawiki's success, as our customer experience specialists directly contribute to business growth.

Your close customer contact will bring valuable feedback on possibilities for improvements in our services. You will work closely with Sales and Experts, as well as other departments, to enhance the overall customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should be motivated by providing excellent customer service. You must have strong communication skills in French and English, as well as analytical and critical thinking abilities.

Prior experience in a customer experience/service environment or a customer-related role (hospitality, tourism, retail, call-center) is preferred. You should be able to quickly switch between various customer channels, such as phone, email, and chat communications.

Additionally, you should be able to positively interact with your team and other departments. You must be available to work 32-40 hours per week and willing to commute to our Lisbon office for at least 2 days a week.
