About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Sales Strategist to strengthen our sales team and drive business growth in the esports industry. This is a remote position, with flexible working hours and opportunities for professional development.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets;
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients;
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials;
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or a related field;
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office applications;
  • Proficiency in English (C1-C2 level).
