We are seeking a skilled Account Director to play a pivotal role in driving our business activities in the Education market. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to leverage their expertise and contribute to the company's growth.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth in the German Education market. They will work closely with the Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success Teams to identify new opportunities and nurture existing relationships.
Responsibilities:- Developing market territory through prospecting clients in the Education market, identifying decision-makers, and closing meetings.
- Qualifying prospects' business-critical issues, challenging conventional learning approaches, and leading sales conversations to articulate the business impact goFLUENT brings to an organization.
- Developing compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for goFLUENT solutions.
- BUILDING strong consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers from key client accounts.
- Collaborating with the Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success Teams to successfully close high-potential deals.
- Participating in exhibitions and events.
- Traveling to customer sites within your territory to support sales efforts.
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2Edu sales; SaaS and international experience are beneficial.
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of prospect Education organizations, including senior managers and the C-suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Team player, self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Proactive, personable, hard-working, and easily adaptable.
- Experience using LinkedIn.
- Relevant experience in the Training, e-Learning, HR services industry is advantageous.
- C1 English level is mandatory.
- Fluency in German is desirable.
