We are seeking an accomplished Global Customer Service Representative to join our team at Cross Border Talents in Lisbon. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who thrive in multi-cultural environments and are eager to grow professionally.

Our client, one of the largest multinational BPO companies worldwide, works with renowned brands and startups alike. They prioritize innovation and welcome talented individuals to contribute to their continuous growth.

The ideal candidate will possess native or near-native German skills, as well as a good level of written and spoken English (B2-C1). Additionally, they should be an effective team player with excellent communication and argumentation skills. Proficiency in computer tools and a proactive approach are also essential requirements.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service through various channels, including phone, chat, and email. You will actively listen to customers, empathize with their concerns, and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs.
